The primary focus of the Advanced Competitive Coached Program is racing!  We'll begin with preparation for summer sprint races and culminate in prep for the fall head race season.  Beginning on Monday, May 2nd, the AdComp program will meet Monday and Wednesday mornings.  Monday's practice will be 5:30 - 7:00 a.m. and Wednesdays from 5:20 - 7:00 a.m.

Adam Swetlik, CU Men's Head Coach, will begin on-the-water coaching on Wednesday, June 1st.  Until then, he will prepare training plans and have help from an assistant coach. The focus of Monday's practices will be harder/A.T. (anaerobic threshold) workouts, while Wednesdays will focus on bigger boats/steady state/technique.  Training plans will include workouts/off-the-water options for off-practice days.
Please look for an email from Adam a few days prior to the start of the program.  This may include his contact information, some words about the focus of the season, and any other pertinent questions or concerns he may have for you.
The Advanced/Competitive and Intermediate/Recreational coached programs cost $180 (this amt. includes the PayPal fee) for 32 sessions.  Thank You!
