Racing Singles Session I

Rowers should be proficient in rowing the large reservoir loop in a single. Participation in this program is subject to final approval by coaching staff. Workouts will be in a racing format learning how to row in tight pods with focus on power generation to move the boat forward as efficiently as possible. How to control anger, in tight situation, leading to positive boat movement instead of anger making you move slower. First month will be long slow distance work in groups and aerobic capacity. This is not a skills development program.
