Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15 AM -7:00 AM

Participants should be proficient in ability to row a 1x, able to effectively row with a crew in sweep and scull boats, preferably have racing experience, and row at high stroke rates. Participation in this program is subject to final approval by coaching staff.
